IF the boy takes the candy bar, he does not then go into his pocket and take out $5 and hand it to the cashier. It is paid for.
He MIGHT, later, go home, say that was nice of dad, let me dry the dishes. stop letting them tell you to pay for the candy bar. If you want it, simply accept it, that's it.
And when they tell you their horse shit, tell them I said Satan tried to sit in the throne of God and judge man. What you do with this conversation, that is your free will.
